Join Izumi for 45 minutes weekly online mindfulness yoga class that gently guides you into stillness through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Each week focuses on a unique theme — Awaken, Ground, Love, and Presence — supporting a deep connection to body, breath, and spirit.
